How far do you travel for a service call?
Our daily route covers all of Mount Juliet (37122) plus the Donelson, Hermitage, and Old Hickory corridor along Lebanon Pike toward Nashville. Most jobs sit within a few minutes of I-40 exits 226 and 229 or along Mt Juliet Road, so same-week scheduling is the norm.
My subdivision has an HOA. Does that affect garage door work?
Sometimes. Repairs that do not change the look of the door, like springs, cables, or opener work, are rarely an issue. A full door replacement that changes color or style can need HOA approval in communities with exterior standards. When in doubt, check with your HOA before we order a new door, and keep the approval with your paperwork.

The hardware is the same, but the doors are bigger: newer builds there commonly have two- and three-car garages with wide double doors, which means heavier springs and longer torsion shafts. We size replacement springs to the door's actual weight, not to a generic chart, so the opener is not fighting the door.
