Terms of service, in plain language
The short answer: The short version: you book, we inspect, we give you an upfront price, and work only starts after you agree to it. Most jobs fall in the $129-$399 range. Payment is due when the job is complete. You can cancel or reschedule by calling (615) 616-0612.
These terms describe how service works when you book Mount Juliet Garage Door Rescue. We keep them short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us and we will explain it.
Who we are
Mount Juliet Garage Door Rescue is a garage door repair and service business based at 121 Adams Ln, Mount Juliet, TN 37122. Our phone number is (615) 616-0612. We serve Mount Juliet and the surrounding Wilson County area, including the neighborhoods on our service areas page.
Booking and scheduling
You can book by calling (615) 616-0612 or by sending the form on our contact page. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM. Sundays are emergency only. Our 24/7 emergency line is for doors that are stuck, broken, or unsafe, and we answer it around the clock.
When you book, it helps to tell us your address, what the door is doing, and the door type if you know it. You do not need to diagnose anything yourself. That is our job on site.
Pricing, honestly
Most of the jobs we do fall in the $129-$399 range. After we inspect the door, we explain what is wrong in plain language and give you a fixed price before any work starts. Nothing begins until you agree to that price.
If the inspection turns up additional problems beyond what you called about, we price those separately and you decide whether to add them. We do not bundle extra work into your price without telling you, and we do not start work and name the price afterward.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call (615) 616-0612 as soon as you know. There is no fee for reasonable notice. If a technician is already on the way to you, we will tell you honestly what applies rather than surprising you with a charge.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete and the door has been tested with you. Ask which payment methods we accept when you book so there are no surprises on the day.
Our work
We describe exactly what we found and what we did on every job, and old parts stay with you if you want them. If something we repaired fails shortly after the visit, call us at (615) 616-0612 and we will come take a second look and make it right. We do not promise specific warranty durations we cannot keep; we promise to stand behind the work we actually did.
